Richard Wigley

With a Bachelor’s in Food Science, Richard has been the Senior Technical Manager at the Forum for over 17 years. He is a certified IFST Registered Food Scientist and Auditor, BRC Internal Auditor, SALSA Auditor and Mentor and a USA/FDA approved expert. Richard is also qualified to Health and Safety NEBOSH Certificate & Level 4 in Sustainable Practices for Food Businesses.

Rachel Goff

MEET THE TEAM

With a Bachelor’s in Applied Biology, Rachel has over 22 years experience working as a technical manager for a wide range of large and small manufacturers. She has worked as a lead auditor, working across departments to achieve the manufacture of safe and legal products to agreed quality specifications. Rachel has level 3 Food Hygiene for Food Manufacturing, Level 3 HACCP for Food Manufacturing and Level 4 in Sustainable Practices for Food Business.

Jignesh Parekh

With an MSC in Food Science, Jignesh is an experienced food technical professional with 20 year’s experience and has worked with the Forum for nine years. He is an IFST registered Food Safety Manger with wide experience in production processes, quality assurance and regulations in all areas of food safety and compliance, HACCP and the implementation of food safety standards (SALSA), shelf-life advice and legal food labelling. In addition, Jignesh has Level 4 in Sustainable Practices for Food Business qualifications.

Zoe Plant

Prior to gaining her Bachelors in Food and Nutrition, Zoe trained as a high end chef, working with celebrities including Gordon Ramsey and Angela Harnett. She has cooked for prestigious guests including Queen Elizabeth II, King Charles III and Nelson Mandela. Later she had great success developing products for national retailers including M&S and Sainsbury’s. In addition to her product development expertise, Zoe has Level 4 in Sustainable Practices for Food Business qualifications

Zoe is also a judge for the prestigious Great Taste Awards, run by the Guild of Fine Foods.
