Our Accelerator workshops and webinars are open to businesses in Nottinghamshire, Leicester City and Derbyshire, and are free to attend.


The webinars are an hour and a half long and are designed to provide key information in a concise format. The three hour workshops include practical exercises to help you apply your learning. The tutors for all our courses are experienced members of our experienced Technical Team.

Keeping your cost of goods (COGS) as low as possible is a key factor in creating profitable products. This webinar explores the scope for minimizing the cost of waste by developing profitable by-products. Great examples include aqafaba meringue or vegan mayonnaise made from chickpeas cooking waste. This workshop will include some practical, paper-based exercises to enable participants to apply their learning to typical industry scenarios and will include plenty of opportunity for to ask questions.

This workshop provides a thorough overview of HACCP including Codex, definitions and the seven principles. In addition, the session will cover hazard analysis, pre-requisites and using a decision tree to identify Critical Control Points.

This workshop will include some practical, paper-based exercises to enable participants to apply their learning to typical industry scenarios and will include plenty of opportunity for to ask questions.
