 We are delighted to be offering a complimentary HR health check to make sure that your business is compliant from an employment law perspective.  We will have a check of your policies and contracts and spend 30 minutes with you asking a number of HR related questions.  You will then receive a report confirming if there are any risks and how urgent the issue should get addressed.  It’s completely free and you are under no obligation to work with us afterwards.  It’s a lovely way to meet us and see how we work and the health check could save you thousands in potential fines and tribunals.  As an alternative to the HR health check, we are also happy to offer a complimentary half an hour call if you have a people related query/issue; quite often we are able to provide initial advice which means you can resolve the issue without further HR support.
