We are delighted to be working with Derby Business College (DBC) who have secured funding to enable local unemployed members of our community to develop a range of food and drink production skills in preparation for securing employment within businesses like yours.
The advantage of this programme for producers like yourselves is that you will be supported to enable you to recruit from a pool of talent, ready and willing to take on the challenges that working within food and drink production can bring. Developing skills like food hygiene, health and safety and practical skills bespoke to your sub-sector of food and drink can make a real difference to them quickly becoming an asset within your business.
To find out more about this programme and how your business can benefit from this pool of talent we would like to invite you to attend one of two webinars that will provide all the information on the programme and specific details on how to increase your staffing through this programme.
