Envirowise
The Food & Drink Forum has teamed up with Envirowise to increase the range of services and advice it can provide to businesses on environment and efficiency issues. Envirowise is a Government funded programme that provides free support to businesses to help them become more resource efficient. It has helped save the UK industry more than £1 billion by reducing waste early on in their business processes. The pilot is intended to encourage more of The Food & Drink Forum's existing and potential clients to consider the benefits of resource efficiency and realise ways of saving their business money. Clients can access a range of self-help guides, online tools, e-newsletters and a dedicated advice line. To submit an enquiry or access Envirowise's services, please use the online form. Southglade Food Park
Southglade Food Park is a flagship multi-million pound scheme offering food and drink firms a unique setting in which to develop.
Funded by east midlands development agency, the European Regional Development Fund and Nottingham City Council the park offers dedicated purpose-built units in different sizes, which provide a ladder of growth opportunities to businesses - whatever their stage of development.
At the heart of the food park community is a Business Support Centre run by The Food and Drink Fourm.

East Midlands Fine Foods provides sales and marketing support to specialist food and drink firms in the region. It is one of a number of food groups which exist to support and help build the regional food and drink sector in the UK. |
