Forum Publications

The Food and Drink Forum produces four monthly newsletters designed to keep our members up to date with our activities and the latest news and market intelligence from across the food and drink sector. An overview of each of our publications is shown below.

	Forum Bites - our monthly newsletter containing all of The Forum’s latest news, plus information about forthcoming events and opportunities that might be of interest to members. Forum Bites Big Bite - because it’s often difficult to fit everything into our monthly editions of Forum Bites, this quarterly bumper edition is a comprehensive mix of news, information and dates for the diary.
	Manufacturing Update - collated by The Forum’s Manufacturing Innovation Manager, this publication is designed to update members with the latest news and changes taking place in the food manufacturing arena, signposting them to the key stories published in the food and drink sector trade press.
	Technical Update - collated by The Forum’s Technical Manager, this publication is designed to update members with the latest news and changes taking place in the food technical arena, signposting them to the key stories published in the food and drink sector trade press.
	Market Update - collated by The Forum’s Membership and Marketing Co-ordinator, this publication provides snippets and insights from the latest news and reports published by market intelligence experts Mintel.
	The Forum has a subscription with Mintel which enables our members to access food and drink sector reports via our offices at Southglade Food Park, Nottingham.  Any member interested in using this service should contact the Membership and Marketing Co-ordinator.
