The Forum’s selection of training programmes covers three main areas; Food Technical, Health and Safety and Management and Leadership skills courses. Our training packages can assist organisations in achieving legal compliance by increasing food technical skills and in through the development of managers and supervisors.
Courses can be delivered at a variety of levels either in The Forum’s training suite at Southglade Food Park or in-house at suitable external premises. The Food and Drink Forum is recognised as an accredited centre for the following four major awarding bodies;
