MANUFACTURING INNOVATION MANAGER - £35-£38,000 dependant on experience + participation in company bonus scheme.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with ‘can do’ attitude to take over this industry based role.  With a wealth of experience in either production management or engineering - and the qualifications to back it up, you will be inspired by bringing real change to food and drink manufacturing small to medium sized enterprises across the East Midlands by delivering a funded support package designed to solve their processing problems and linking them into the Food and Drink Innovation Network.

You will also take over the delivery of consultancy support into manufacturing companies small and large, building on existing contracts and working with internal Food and Drink Forum staff to identify opportunity and to drive ideas forward, and delivering an excellent value support package to our members.

PROJECT MANAGER - £32,000- £38,000 + Company bonus scheme.

This exciting new role will attract a person who has the skills and experience of project management in a public funded environment, and the desire to be hands on in the delivery of support into the regions food and drink businesses.

With a range of support packages to deliver, the Project Manager will use the employed skills and resources of the organisation to plan excellence in delivery of project outcomes and outputs and will also be involved in the day to day delivery of project activities.

Ideally with an in depth understanding of the food and drink industry, economic development and/or managing sizable complex projects, and demonstrating a real desire to work in delivery as well as project management the ideal candidate will be inspired by the opportunity to make a real difference to food and drink companies in the East Midlands.
